Our vacation homes Elisa and Coco Juliette are located in Haspengouw, Belgium's most beautiful fruit region, right in the heart of Limburg. In spring, you'll find yourself surrounded by blossoms, a real bucket-list must-see. The brewery village of Alken is home to the vacation homes. The brewery where Cristal Alken, among others, is brewed lies just 1km from the vacation home, but unfortunately can't (yet) be visited. From Alken, you can easily explore the neighbouring villages of Borgloon, Wellen, Heers, Kortessem, and Limburg's capital Hasselt and the fruit city Sint-Truiden are also just a stone's throw away. So there's a wide range of things to do.

Yes, bike rental is available. At our own bike rental En Route, you can rent e-bikes, and you'll also get a nice bike route thrown in. We're happy to point you to the best spots for the loveliest Instagram photos.

Vacation Home Elisa fits 12 people, Coco Juliette fits 16. Children under 3 are not included in this count. The vacation homes are next to each other, and you can also rent both neighbours together for up to 28 people.Up to 20 people can enjoy dinner together at the table in either house. Prefer the privacy of individual rooms? Perhaps for a team building with colleagues?Together, both houses have 10 bedrooms.With 10 guests, you'll stay in full luxury and privacy in your own bedroom, without losing any of the coziness and atmosphere.The ideal setting to boost your team spirit to the max.

Quiet birthday parties or other family celebrations are certainly welcome. However, it's not intended for loud parties. The vacation homes are in a quiet neighbourhood, so they're not suitable for loud parties or music. Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Hasselt and Borgloon are less than 10 km from Vacation Home Elisa and Coco Juliette. Sint-Truiden, Tongeren and Borgloon are less than 20 km from the vacation homes. Want to visit these cities by bike? Use our mapped-out bike routes. But you'll also get there quickly by public transport or car.

Alken lies close to Hasselt, the capital of Limburg, and has great connections to other parts of Limburg and Belgium (railway line and close to the E313). This means that during your Limburg vacation at Vacation Home Elisa and Coco Juliette, you can easily explore all the beautiful spots in Limburg.

We've welcomed guests at our vacation homes several times who were on a European trip. From Belgium, it's easy to reach the Netherlands, France and Germany.

Both vacation homes are easy to reach from European airports. From Brussels Airport (Zaventem), 56km away, you can even easily reach Alken by train, no other public transport or taxi needed! The train ride takes 1h11min. At Vacation Home Elisa, 4 to 5 (small) cars can park in the driveway. At Coco Juliette, there's parking for 1 (or 2 small) cars in front of the vacation home and around 4 cars nearby. Upon booking, we'll send you info on the free parking spots nearby. Parking at the neighbours' is not allowed unless indicated as a parking spot in the info.

Vacation Home Elisa has a charging station (with payment card) for electric cars. There are also some fast chargers nearby, and you'll find their addresses in the detailed info you receive after booking.

The vacation homes have a safe, enclosed bike storage. Please let us know in advance if you'll be using the bike storage.
