Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have consent from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us via email, and we will remove this information.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Velogeren, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to us via email. To ensure the access request was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and National Registry Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Velogeren would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the following link.
